Plan review
Our kitchen plans and application go to Montezuma County Environmental Health for review.
Equipment ordered
Once plans are approved, the sink, dishwasher, and prep table you paid for get ordered.
Build-out
Plumbing and installation, with our landlord covering the building side.
Final inspection
The county signs off, the license is issued, and the kitchen becomes officially real.
Opening day
Date announced here first. Backer rewards involving food start now.
