A collaborative space for songwriters to share, learn, and grow together. No teachers, no hierarchy – just people supporting each other’s creative process.
Each month, a different volunteer facilitator guides the session. The facilitator might ask everyone to bring a song for feedback, lead a collaborative writing exercise, share a specific technique, or explore a theme that’s inspiring them. The format changes with each facilitator, keeping things fresh and ensuring everyone’s voice shapes this circle.
This is peer-to-peer learning at its best – where a retired teacher might help with lyrics, someone offers rhythmic ideas, and a folk writer learns from a rocker. Whether you’ve been writing songs for decades or you’ve never written one but want to try – you’re welcome here. All experience levels, all genres, all approaches.
How it works:
First Session: Wednesday, February 4th at 6pm Facilitated by: Kevin Frazier Format: Bring a song to share – feedback optional
