ZU Gallery is proud to announce our second Young Emerging Artists (Y.E.A.) exhibit. We are hosting MonteZUma County up and coming artists in a series of pop-up shows in an effort to expose our youth to these experiences.
The show, “A Flicker of Hope” by Mia Jeremiah will open on Saturday, February 12th at 4PM with an artist reception and will run through February 28th. Free and Open to the public.
About Mia: Mia Jeremiah grew up with art from an early age. As a young artist, her mother taught her how to draw realism portraits, and from there she learned how to grow her talent using coloured pencils. She then branched out into portrait and editorial photography. Mia is incredibly inspired by music and poetry, and loves to create art that requires a lot of thought and attention to detail in order to truly understand the story behind it. She encourages you to step into her mind as you explore her story behind the idea of “a flicker of hope.”
