Wine Class w/ Casey – Colorado Wine

The Colorado wine industry has boomed over the last 30 years, with some great wines coming from the high-altitude vineyards of the West Slope! With a range of grape varieties available and exciting styles to try, Colorado wine offers something for just about any palate. In this wine class, we’ll explore the challenges of Colorado viticulture, styles of wines being made in CO, and get a glimpse into new styles on the horizon. No prior wine knowledge is needed, just an interest in wine and curiosity for exploring something new. Each guest will receive tastings of 4 wines, light snacks, and a Colorado wine industry postcard. The seminar should take ~1.25 hours.
