Wine Class w/ Casey – Bubbles for the New Year

Looking for a sparkling way to celebrate the holidays and the New Year? Are you convinced that the only good bubbly comes from Champagne and must cost >$50 per bottle? In this wine class, we’ll have fun exploring sparkling wines and learning about the wide variety of bubbles available around the world. As we’ll see, delicious sparkling wine can be had from just about any wine-producing region and at approachable prices! No prior wine knowledge is needed, just an interest in sparkling wine! Each guest will receive tastings of 4 sparkling wines, light snacks, and a sparkling wine info postcard. The seminar will take ~1.25 hours.
