Qigong is an ancient meditative movement practice that consists of both dynamic and static postures held for long periods of time in conjunction with breathwork to promote balance and wellness in the mind, body, emotions, and spirit. Qigong (pronounced “chee-gong”) invites the body to a state of grace, vitality, and wisdom.
Join Kristina for Waist Powers Qigong, using rhythmic dynamic movement to bring you back to your core, your center for strength and stability. Please consult with your physician before practice if you have any movement restrictions so that modifications can be offered if needed.
Class will be one hour long, starting with warm-up, moving into the practice, and then coming to the ground for nourishing chi. Please bring a yoga mat or towel if you have one. Students are free to contact Kristina directly if they have any questions at 970-317-5040.
